I have seen varying opinions on this matter. I think the consensus is that for recomp ED dosing is preferred where as for bulking EOD is preferred. For someone looking for moderate recomp, moderate growth and rehab for lingering injuries, what is the best protocol?
 
well, in most cases, more is always better so...you know my answer

Thats just what I would do, in your case. I love the stuff. Have been on now stright for over 3 years.

I think with GH its very hard to go wrong, all protocols seem to work very well.

I think a good way to do would be 2iu GH on non workout days and 10iu on workout days. So for the week you would need 2iu X 4 days = 8iu and 10iu X 3 days=30iu. So you weekly total would be 38iu GH.

Not too far from 5iu ED X 7 days= 35iu and you can still shoot every day.

I have to say it but very few people are capable of walking that fine line between fatloss and muscle gain.

Pit is doing it by dosing GH and such differently for each half of the day.

During the fatloss part of the day he is keeping insulin from spiking up while his GH is active to maximize fatloss. You really can not lose fat in the presence of insulin.

Please don't be offended by what I am about to say but 99.9% of the people I meet don't have what Pitbulladams has... that is the willingness to meticulously adjust & fine tune his protocol, the willingness to do things in a such a way that are NOT the most convenient but the most effective and the patience to see it through.

For just about everyone else it is probably better to just either diet or build muscle.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with doing it your way or Baps way. But when you say the consensus IS ED or EOD I have to smile because you act like there are only two variables DOSE & whether to administer ED or EOD. :)

It will vary from person. Long term fat loss I like daily dosages,, 2-4 iu. For size,bulking,,I would use the larger dosages 3x per WK or ONLY PWO.
 
Dat, thanks for your input. I was just trying to stick to the basic protocols recommended on this board. I am sure there are a million ways to administer gh, however, i just want to start with something basic and see how my body reacts to it.
 
Kind of on the same topic. I'm gonna be a 1st time user of HGH. I'm 32 years old and looking to get the benefits most see (better sleep, better looking skin, sense of well-being) Plus to add some size. Not really worried about too much fat gain even tho' I've never heard of people of having that problem with HGH. My question is if I'm going to go with the 10iu w/o days 2 off days should I work up to that dosage? I've heard of people getting some bad sides going too high too soon. So maybe start of with 2iu ed then start working up to 3iu's w/o days, so on and so forth?

I know bro. That is the best way to do things because you build up a little knowledge base of your own that you can use in the future.

Too often people expect anabolism just from GH.

For instance GH is great at increasing IGF-1 & MGF in the muscle (i.e. locally produced and used) but it also has been shown to increase myostatin. * Thats why studies w/ just GH on ordinary people often fail to show muscle gain or are inconclusive.

Testosterone for example reduces myostatin. *

These compounds do a great many other things for sure BUT as you can see just from this example it is constructing a protocol for anabolism that involves combining certain things that maximizing anabolic factors, minimize catabolic factors and create effects that just don't appear when one compound is used by itself.

I'm sure you understand but I just wanted to emphasize this point.
