I have to say it but very few people are capable of walking that fine line between fatloss and muscle gain.
Pit is doing it by dosing GH and such differently for each half of the day.
During the fatloss part of the day he is keeping insulin from spiking up while his GH is active to maximize fatloss. You really can not lose fat in the presence of insulin.
Please don't be offended by what I am about to say but 99.9% of the people I meet don't have what Pitbulladams has... that is the willingness to meticulously adjust & fine tune his protocol, the willingness to do things in a such a way that are NOT the most convenient but the most effective and the patience to see it through.
For just about everyone else it is probably better to just either diet or build muscle.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with doing it your way or Baps way. But when you say the consensus IS ED or EOD I have to smile because you act like there are only two variables DOSE & whether to administer ED or EOD.
