1. Box Squats: 125x4x2, 145x2 Used Blue and Green Bands-My % was off by 2% (23% versus 25% as I was having a hard time with speed this morning).
2. Dynamic DL: 225x5x1 Stopped as I was slowing down.
3. GHR: 2x8, 2x5 Back of the bench was raised on 12 BP boards
4. Hypers: 4x10
5. Standing Abs: 4x15 with a Green Band
