1. Low Box Front Squats: 45x3x3, 135x2x3, 185x1, 235xMiss, 225x1, 235xMiss-I really suck at these, and was pretty pissed
2. Kneeling Squats: 245x5, 425x3x5, 515x1, 515x2x3-This was in no way a 3RM-but I kept hitting the damn J hooks!
3. RDL's: 225x2x12, 225x2x9
4. Pull-Thru's: 190x3x10
5. Roman Chair Situp's: 2x15, 2x12 with a Mini Band
