1)Shirt bench 405,455,500,545x1 585 miss
2)DB Extentions 60-6x10
3)Close grip pulldown 315-4x10
4)DB side laterals 20-3x20
5)Hammer curls 40,50,60x10
6)Standing Abs 100-4x20
I was really in the groove today, everything toched and went to lockout really fast. The 585 my left arm was locked out and my right arm needed another inch! I was so pissed! I usually would take this over but figured I will take it in another 3-4 weeks. I am right on schedule with 7 training weeks left. I need to bench 562 to total 2100. I want to bench 600 in November to take a shot at 2200 with a 900-600-700. One thing at a time first! But oh so close!
