What kind of hernia op did u have? And was it due to lifting or were u born with it? Ive had 2 hernia surgeries and will have another soon for a few more it sucks!

255lb post hernia operation to 225lbs

2 weeks out from my first warm up show, and then 6 more weeks of dieting until the Mr.England U21 class. Followed by the Mr.Universe 2 weeks later if I qualify.

I can elaborate on gear, training, diet if anyone is interested in that.
