6 Weeks since show and time to start bulking!

It's been 6 weeks since my show. After the show I did post cycle therapy and kept my calorie intake pretty high. I stepped on stage at 194 and I am currently 218 with about 10% BF! I had a real nice rebound. I am ready to start growing. I plan on getting to 249 and staying fairly lean 12%bf and hard. Next show will be in July and I want to be more than ready this time....NO EXCUSES! That's my plan and I'm sticking to it Well, off to start growing! Take care.
