My BP days got screwed up this week...I helped a buddy with his squat workout on Wednesday, and then had to do my DE work a day early, and boy did I feel it.
1. Reverse Grip DE Bench: 125x6x3 with doubled Mini's
2. JM's: Doubled Mini'sx4x10
3. 5" ROM Rack Lockouts: 245x8, 295x3, 335xHovering off the pins-Doing the MM style lockouts I was at 405 the last time I did these.
Elbows were not happy at this point
4. Pull-Down's: 105x4x12
5. Rear Delt Band Work: Light Bandx3x10
6. Ab Wheel: 4x12
