My BP days got screwed up this week...I helped a buddy with his squat workout on Wednesday, and then had to do my DE work a day early, and boy did I feel it.

1. Reverse Grip DE Bench: 125x6x3 with doubled Mini's
2. JM's: Doubled Mini'sx4x10
3. 5" ROM Rack Lockouts: 245x8, 295x3, 335xHovering off the pins-Doing the MM style lockouts I was at 405 the last time I did these.

Elbows were not happy at this point

4. Pull-Down's: 105x4x12
5. Rear Delt Band Work: Light Bandx3x10
6. Ab Wheel: 4x12

That's how I feel every Saturday! I bench ME on Wednesday and do my DE bench a day early on Saturday. The good thing is it gives me one more day rest until Wednesday to bench again!

Yeah, but I did my ME workout on Thursday night and my DE stuff Saturday morning! Ouch!

are you using glucosamine and chondroitin? warm your elbow's up good before you start pounding away at them, wear elbow sleeves to keep the heat in and keep them nice and warm, and you may even want to use a little sports cream on the after the workout.
