Wow! Very impressive to say the least. Its interesting to see how different guys approach their lift. Looked like he got focused on the lift, then immediately grabbed the bar and did the pull. I like to get myself on the bar, get focused, then pull
 
Wow, crazy strong. I like how he just holds the last rep and looks over like it was nothing. I just think it's crazy how strong his grip has to be. My hands and forearms tire even with wrist wraps, what can one do besides practice gripping the bar to build that up?
 
goddamn, that is impressive.

That is a lot of weight. He has a few other videos up on youtube and he makes whatever weight he is movingg look so damn easy.

I've been dealing with the same thing. I've tried doing forearm work and grip strength work (the same exercise, actually)... lemme see if I can describe it: stand up with a barbell in your hands, then with hands supinated or prone, let the bar roll down your hands into your fingers, then curl the weight up with your fingers (like you're doing a finger curl). It's helped me put some mass on my forearms. I still drop the bar dling sometimes, though. What else could you or I do to help with this?

Best way is to just practice as you said. Do your deadlifts and ditch straps until you get to the set where you absolutely need them. If you find this happens early, then use the straps but then do some barbell holds at the end of your workout.

You can progress by weight, time, sets, etc. but it will depend on why youre trying to build your grip (i.e. for a better 1RM or for heavier rep work like a 5RM.

Actually, he had his feet 1cm too narrow and he did not blow out all the way on the way up. Just feckin around. That was impressive to see. Not just the weight, but the fact that it was sans straps.
