I am looking into training people in-house...meaning traveling to their house to train them in the comfort of their homes.
I am having trouble finding an All-in-One Kit for strength and conditioning that would suit the needs of the average client/trainee.
At this point I am just getting started and do not have a huge amount of financial pull. I could have sworne Ive seen an all in one S&C travel bag some where but I cant seem to find it now.
Most of them are just a bunch of resistence bands and a jump rope.
I dont have a prob. buying things seperate but was wondering what would be the minimum to start with for the AVERAGE trainee...ie my target population is the 30-50 something "I want to lose weight, tone up, build x, shrink y, etc etc.)
I was thinking:
adjustable DB's ranging up to 40-50#
jump rope
(2) pair boxing gloves (one for women) one for men) I have focus mitts
resist tubes
stability ball
2 kettle bells (one 8 lbs) another maybe 20
8-12# Med Ball
agility ladder
cones
any other ideas?
