? about carbs/fat/protien for wife.

My wife is starting to cutt now. Naturally. Anyway, she's about 5'5" 140lbs not super shredded but not fat. If she were a guy she would be around %12-13b/f(I have no idea about girls b/f) Anyway, she's got the training/cardio down, but we wonder whats an average carb/protien/fat breakdown for a female? I was thinking maybe 150g protien,100carbs and who knows how much fat? I know its diff for each girl, but whats average? Thanks

I use the 10% rule. No more than 10% of total daily calories from fat. keep the protein up and play around with carbs on a daily basis. She needs around 1800 cals a day. Give or take.

option 2 Just play around with the ratio of carbs and protein every now and then. Drop the carbs down a bit and up the protein. Then back again.

Depending on what she is trying to achieve you can go even higher on the protein. The carbs are going to be determined by her activity level (caloric output). If she is not doing much cardio or tends to have trouble loosing fat then you might want to drop the carbs a bit lower or cycle them. i.e. 2 high days, 2 low days, or 2 low 1 high. This is just me but I've always kept the fat really low like 5-6%. Let me know what the goal is for her and I can be a bit more specific.
