When you go to the gym and have a great workout. Next day you
wake up sore. After you are no longer sore, does that mean that the muscle has fully recovered and is ready to be trained or does it still need a few more days to grow?
a muscle can be worked out while still sore, HSt uses this training effectively, i can do it well as well, the biggest thing is to do it if u can continue ur weekly progression with the weights
I have found for my body when im still sore I like to take it easy the next day. If you can do exercises that dont effect the sore bodypart you are fine. But I would imagine if your chest is sore you should wait a day or 2 before training it again,.
