hey guys, im having trouble with some acne on my back and shoulders. I tried pro activ, and it worked slightly, then i tried acne annihilator (only for 1 week now, and still using) and its still here. I never get acne and i've done 3 cycles. Im almost 27, and i've had it for like 4 months now. How the hell do the pros get rid of that shit???

Keep using the ACNE ANNIHILATOR. For problem areas I would use it 2 times per day like clock work until you have it under control.

What I do to keep acne under control...

Vitamin A 100,000 IU/day (I use beta carotene because its not liver toxic)
Vitamin E 800 IU/day
Vitamin C 3000 mg/day
Zinc 50 mg/day
tanning a few times a week
drinking plenty of water
3-6 tbsp of flax per day
tea tree oil wash (good stuff)
benzoyl peroxide at night if I get any little zits I take 2 showers where I use soap
Non-pore clogging moisturizer (for face)

Should clear you up in no time.
(Keep with this therapy for 2 months, you should be clearing up by then, stay on it for about 5-6 months, then go off for a while, or until you need again)

Ive found it works very well at keeping acne away.

I've been using it twice a day since i bought it. Some areas its working ok, but im still getting new acne ( not as fast without using it). Im gonna buy some more though soon

As with most products for acne, it tends to get worse before it starts to get better, definatly stick at it m8.

I went to my doc and he gave me doxycycline and a body wash. Cleared it up almost instantly, plus my insurance covered it

yeah i was on doxycicline for some painful urination and dick swelling, lol, which it cleared that up, but not the acne....

monocyclin(100mg's a day) and retin-a works pretty good. Ive always had acne since i was like 12, but this keep my breakouts down. Another key is to wash your face(or whatever) like 3 times a day, get some of the oxy pads for the mid day one while your at work or whatever.
