It depends on your case individually, unfortunately, so it's hard to guess. Im not acne prone at all, but get some on cycle despite this. It happens most when I add a compound such as an oral, lower or miss a dose of AI, or raise Test by 50 or so mg per injection. It seems to imbalance my system, and I get a couple spots. They just spring up literally in a matter of hours or 1 day.
The advice I got that has worked well is: Use anti bacterial soap, 2 showers a day and tan 2x a week, and it keeps things to a minimum. But if I get sloppy for a few days and miss one of these things, they come back. And USING AN AI on cycle is a must, it's night and day with regard to acne.
Some others more experienced than I am with Acne can guide you better, but if you do the above, plus limit red meat intake, it should help. Also, we all have a "favorite" training shirt, but get several. Using a dirty shirt is the worst. And shower straight away after training.
As far as jumping off and going to PCT: Ive heard some people use prop as a first cycle to assess tolerance and if problems arise, they can jump off and go into PCT quickly as prop clears your system in days, not weeks. If one uses a longer ester without knowing the effects first, you could end up with another 3 weeks of sides that you cant control until it clears your system. Im not advising you, this is just what Ive heard and seems to make sense.
Finally, a word on tanning: It works great, but try to find a place where you can stand in the tanning machine rather than lying. Lying in sweat while tanning does nothing for my back, and seems to make it worse.
I was worried about my first cycle too, but to ME, Test is a subtle drug, the sides are controllable and you need to be on you diet and training to make it work for ya. IMO, yes, the kid in the photo was dong many things wrong as far as dosing, hygiene etc., and didnt get things under control early, plus being genetically predisposed. If I got anywhere near that, Id jump off and stay off. No point in being big and ripped if you cant even take off your shirt, IMO.
