actaul wieght of a calorie in pro, carb, and fat

anybody know the precise amount of weight in 1 cal in any of these, we know there around 4 for pro and carbs, but i have a book saying its more around 4.5, and fat being a little more than 9 cals, i cant finf it on the net but i know its got be out there im looking for it in as low as poss, mg, or mcg, .000

A calorie is a measure of heat, not weight.

But if 1 gram of protein = 4 calories then 0.25 grams per calorie right?

ya true on the that, my mistake, but there semes to be a more precise number out there that can be more in to the mcg, ex like 4.572
