Hi all been a while since I've been on here I'd like some advice on training, I am wanting to know if I should train a bodypart twice a week. I usually do one bodypart a week. I like to be strong and also train the bodybuilder type style but its so hard to do both. I weigh around 185 and can deadlift 525 with straps 515 without straps, flat bench 325 and squat. ? all natural no juice no nothing. Any help would be appreciated. - C
