Advice needed on Aromasin not working- PLEASE

Update

40mg REAL Nolvadex daily and today lump almost gone. Instead of using UG Aromasin i have Adex on hand and it is from a pharmacy. Think i should switch to that at 1mg ED? Still trying to get my Doc to call me back on some Pharmacy Aromasin. Someone PM me on a place i can get Aromasin Tabs please?

The best choice is exemestane (Aromasin). Exeme is a suicidal inhibitor that attaches to the aromatase and kills it. If your problem is estrogen.

i am on almost the same dose cycle,test c 300/eq 450,i have been using exeme at 12.5 since day 1 and i started having same problem bumped to 25 and seemed like it dried me out more but problem persisted so i started nolva at 20 ed,i hope this helps.

I switched to Pharmacy grade Arimidex 1mg ED and 20mg nolv (drop nolva). Seems to be working. Now this shits mental. Always touching my nip over analyzing it just like everything in my life LOL.

haha,i know what you mean about the mental aspect,when i wake up i feel nips and go to the mirror,lol.

if AI's dont work (and they are legit), and nolva does (or appears to-- ie less swelling and pain)... then nolva while treating symptoms (by igf-1 suppression primarily, though increases in SHBG and other effects also likely) may actually be worsening the underlying issue. eg treats symptoms but "disease" actually left unchecked or even aggravated
