So it's about week 6 running test e only every 3 days with 250mg and I have been taking my blood pressure the past 2 days and it's running high just tested it at 140/80. It was around 130/77 when I woke up this morning.

Question is how to lower it?

I have read that taking Arimidex at .5 eod if it's the retention that is causing it could bring it down. I have no gyno history or signs of it at.

I am fighting allergies this week also.

your ok your heart at rest is the bottom number so your within normal ranges asd far as top number its your stress response. if it gets like 150/90 or above goi to your dr to get bp pills. dont let bp high all the time cause it will be going to point of no return at your age.

fish oil and low gi, high fiber helps keep me balanced and low BP
