I have arthritis in my knee. I had my ACL replaced 5 years ago. Now I hace calcium deposits which cause inflamtion. It doesn't hurt all the time, just when I go heavy on squat or presses. I have never worn straps or braces. My question is Will straps or a brace help with being able to go heavy again? I was thinking I needed to start wearing some kind of protection. I was on APT Pro Gear but don't know what I need or if it will even help at all. Any help would be great.
