AI dosage

I'm went from 200 test-e(divided into two doses per week) to 525mg test-e(divided daily).

Now a week in, I notice some more bloating(moonface) and loss of libido. I know I am quite sensitive to e2.

Not running any AI right now, would you guys start now of wait for everything to stabilize? I was thinking on starting 0.5mg adex mon/wed/fri.

You kinda sound like you already know the answer. You know ur sensitive to e2 sides. You seem to recognize symptoms of high estro.

Bloodtest? Can’t really know until you know.

I take either aromasin or adex entirely as needed…which is not often. .5 adex 2 or three times a week til levels are where i want them.

I would start with Arimidex 0.5 mg/week for 500 mg of Test.

Start now. .5 Adex eod and adjust from there. Dialing into the right dose can be a bitch.

Get a blood panel done to check your ultra-sensitive estrogen. Then start your AI if needed. Wait 2 weeks and then retest.
