You do not need any AI unless health markers become affected by estrogen or gyno. Do not wreck your health with AI it’s not good long term practice. Water retention from estrogen is very minor at best and bodyfat gives the puffy look!
Men get high estrogen mental side effects. Its more than just crying at the ASPCA commercials, when interacting with steroid users on the internet I can sense some guys e2 through the screen and I'm sure its wrecking havoc on their daily life without them even realizing it.
also prostate problems, bodyfat gain in female-like patterns (which is hard to get off), hyper tension, increase risk of blood clotting
Men just aren't supposed to have estrogen out of range, If I get to 55pg/ml, which on paper, is barely out of range, it doesn't' look like its a big deal to some people and i might not even have obvious side effects, but thats 30%+ out of range, and almost
triple my natural estrogen (22pg/ml). Even an estrogen value "in range" is a huge change from my natural estrogen level and may have effects on my mood/mentality. 36pg/ml is 50% higher than my natural level. (womens range starts at 30pg/ml)
We don't believe in 300 ng/dl on the total testosterone range as being "ok" or "normal" so why should we believe that the upper range of e2 is "normal" or "ok"?
It's just the range from population testing, "normal" is not "ideal"
Look at skinny-fat guys, im sure their estrogen is in range, but their body or even personality is very unusual for just being on the higher end of the range of estrogen.
'Gyno or not' is a huge oversimplification for such a major hormone in the body and is extremely outdated, especially in 2024.
(not to mention some guys just dont get gyno with e2 as high as a pregnant woman)
Personally, I think the scaremongering around A.I is overblown and the health/mental consequences of high estrogen outweigh the reduction of a couple points of HDL from taking A.I
