Alergy Meds?????????

Hey guys its allergy season and mine are in full force! Sunday was sneeze day for me and it sucked becuase I was trying to golf! Anyway do these meds effect the joosy or inhibit protein synthesis?? Or maybe be toxic to the liver or kydneys?? I usually take Allegra, Claritin and OTC Bennedryll, which seems to work better than the previous two! Also I know you can go in and get a once of year shot which I am going to get next week and am wondering if there are any negative effects from that, but I have no idea what it is! Any help at all on this topic would be well appreciated! Thanks
