First of all.. Thanks Dusty for this.. Secondly... thanks for all the guys speaking out for me.. Mike, Chris, Greg, Mike all you guys are important to me.
Bodybuilding is an individual sport but is a team effort. Most of us are lucky to have our wives and families behind us. We are all lucky for that.
I really get into it with you guys. And everyone has a very important reason that they contacted me, and I feel honored to help you.
I just want to say something about each of you guys.....
MainEvent was one of the first guys to ever contact me and things just worked out great.. Considering that we have never met in person the prep could not have gone better...Condition wise, Chris set the bar high and he impressed many people. Well lets just say ( a bunch of people contacted me for help with their diet after we posted those 3 week out pics). Plus Chris is a great family guy like me, wife, kid, professional guy..
Pesty4077: Greg is a great guy who i have met a few times and has been around the block in the sport. Greg, having been in the winners circle before, I was kind of honored as well to work with this guy. Most recently I saw him and i would say hes about 5 weeks out from a contest. . Pretty awesome for a mid 40's guy.. Gregs one of those guys who can stay lean and look in shape all year. its been great working with him. We will always stay in touch as the guy is passionate and hard working.
Mooshue; Mike, what can i say.. We keep in touch often... Bro you have worked the program to a tee. im totally impressed. We have been chipping away, transforming your physique, its been very impressive.. And bro, you have been one of the hardest workers of everyone. You have been a great guy.. Thanks for the opportunity by allowing me to help you. You should be proud.
Mike1107: Hey bigdude...We made a good run to get you in shape in a very short time. and I think it went great.. you were a warrior and we had to go to some extremes but hey.... You aint no pussy right.. You busted your ass and impressed the shit out of everyone. In the future, we can do things slower, you will eat twice the food, half the cardio and in the end, you will look even way better. Everyone already knows your a freak.
Dusty: Im very excited about your prep bro. I live here In Los Angeles and go to all the local shows here, which there are many.. I dont like to make contest predictions. but Lets just say... Your presence at the show will leave a lasting impression on everybody that day.
I dont care who shows up. We dont have control over that.. It doesnt matter, because you would be a threat to anyone who shows up.. pure and simple. Your have the muscle and you will be in freaky shape which will be my job.
By the way everyone, things are coming along just fine.. We are holding off on the freaky shots but they will arrive before the show..
When was the last time the super heavyweight was the most shredded guy in the show? This will be an exciting day for me. And of course Dusty.
its tough to nail things one hundred percent working with someone for the first time, but i think our 99% will be enough My plan is to keep working with Dusty for a big show down the road which he will be ready for in the near future, no need to rush things along.. One step at a time.
Anyways guys, thanks for supporting me on this board, it means allot, i take it very personal.. Im grinding along with you guys, as Im 13 weeks out, dieting along and losing weight very slow.
My goal is to pimp out Dusty as the 250lb shredded freak.. then a few weeks later put myself on the boards with some freaky shots as im making my run again at the nationals in Atlanta.
Life is nice and busy, wife, nice home, full time job, helping lots of people, cute 2 year old daughter and oh yeah guys. My wife is 3 months pregnant.. life is hectic but i wouldnt want it any other way..
