As everyone knows i wrestle, season is coming in like 3-4 weeks, im in the middle of a DC split, i Have put myself back on track to the original DC Split. My question is when wrestling starts what routine should i go to cause wrestling is like 2 or 3 hours runing and wrestling in a burning hot room my diet will be superb but what kinda routine should use....i dont want to overtrain....a fella said westside barbell training was what i should do but any other suggestions?
