ALT high?

just got bloodwork, EKG, etc, done and they're telling me my ALT was 95, but my AST was only 43? also they said my EKG was abnormal, I am guessing this is from all the clen I've done in the months before, but the liver values are puzzling to me cuz I took 2 days off training before the test, drank tons of water, and have been totally clean except for clen and slin since July.

any theories?

I'm just trying to figure out why it was so high, given the info above and also that I don't drink at all

agreeded, two days is not enough time for liver values to normalize if they are high ..

HIGH ALT

THEY SHOULD NEVER BE HIGH, TIME OFF OR NOT. ALSO CHECK GGT AND LDH LEVELS.

Anyone who lifts will have varying high liver enzymes.

Anyone natural I know has perfect liver enzyme levels and they lift very hard.

Not everyone will, but I have personally known more than a few naturals who have had elevated levels directly resulting from lifting. Before and after profiles proved this to be true. Also, many medications will also cause this. According to the medical research I have done (reading and personally talking to doctors) even a needle prick can be enough to elevate liver enzymes. Anything that damages muscle can result in elevation.
