Hello to all.
Talking with my doc, who knows I am trying to put on some muscle, he recommended me to take a supplement by the name of Amino 3000.
He recommended to have one pill of the amino 3000 twice a day.
I called the store/guy that sells me the Whey protein powder and asked him about the differences between the amino 3000, 2500 and so forth.
and he explained it is the amout in mgs of aminos per pill. He carries the amino 2500 and recommended to take 1 pill (or dose) of amino 2500 for every 10 kg of body weight, in my case that would total 7 pills per day.
Since he knows I take the Whey Protein powder, he also said it would not be as necesary, but I explained I use the Protein powder mostly when I miss a meal. He explain that if that was the case, to go ahead and take the 7 pills per day.
My question to you all, is shall I? is it worth to take it? eventhough I consider that more of less I am eating 'a lot of' protein, at least I think I do, meat or chicken twice a day, cheese once or twice a day, milk once a day, about 10 egg whites per day, at least on good days.
Or is the amino something to have on top of the meals? and besides the meat and chicken and eggs and cheese? I would appreciate it very much some advice. Thanks in advance.
PS: I found a pharmacy that will sell me testosterone, it is not clear yet, in which form, they are rather slow to move, and they are the ones that will recommend me how much to take and what form of testosterone, so I am waiting for them to let me know about it. So no testosterone yet, put in the process. I am hoping to know about this in about 10 days or so, I will keep you posted to make sure they recommend the right thing. Thanks again.
