I am just curious about a thing. I want to get alot of lysine into my bloodstream(because of the heart article I posted).
Now with the ammounts of whey protein I consume I get 16-24grams of lysine daily just from whey. But in whey the aminoacids are linked to eachother right? Will that mean less lysine gets into the bloodstream compered to maby supplement with 5grams of pure L-lysine?
My quetion is I guess does a supplement with a pure aminoacid yield a better absorbation then getting the aminoacid from food/shakes? In that case how much better is the absorbation?
