Regardless, Im pretty sure that the AMP moleciules would be completely destroyed by stomach acid.
Besides if your looking to enhace performance, youre much better off with creatine, which is the primary molecule at use in the phosphagen system during high intensity training.
Yeah, I dont see how AMP would contribute significantly to that look, like brookyln said...dont bother.
I would just watch my sodium intake and drink just enough water to keep you looking full but not too much to bloat you.
