think i will give this a go..
quick question... which should i use to calculate the calories for my diet...which i think will be keto for a bit..
BWx16, or 12
or LBM (lean body mass) x16 or 12??
and should i take the said number, say 2700 and subtract 500 to be in a deficit??
im thinking
150gm PRO
200gm FAT
30gm CAR
equals 2520cals
is there a better ratio...
