any type of anti inflamitory will have some effect on your liver if its abused , Motrin , Alive , Tylonol any of that stuff will cause some damage if you take to much for to long. Also you must realize that inflamation is your bodys way of healing so when you take an anti inflamitory its actualy slowing down the healing process and in some cases where guys have broke bones and too Alive everyday has doubled their healing time , so keep that in mind.
Generaly if your having some sort of inflamation like tendonites its not gonna stop of heal if you keep working the joint no matter what you take for it.
