Antoine looks very good right now but I don't think Grimes is in trouble. Did you see him at I believe 8 weeks out? He looked almost 12 weeks out and in 4 short weeks has made crazy progress. With Aceto behind is prep, I think he'll be fine. Antoine needs to be careful now as he is pretty much show ready and needs to hold his muscle and shape for 4 weeks without over dieting. Will be interesting to see the outcome.

Camel crew does this shit all the time leaks pics to people and give false info, 6 weeks out, 8 weeks out blah blah mislead fans and play mind games with the competition. i stopped believing this pics business before comp ages ago.

He finished 4th at Toronto Pro this weekend. His condition was amazing. He could have pulled off 3rd because Cedric was so off. It was a competitive show, he did very well. Considering this is a legit comeback from having lost tons of size, I'd say his future is bright.

Yes. I'm a fan of Juan, his upper body is insane, but it's a joke that anyone can win a professional bodybuilding show with such an unbalanced physique.

All this bullshit about paying your dues, doing shows so the judges see you, etc., is bad for the sport. It's why the majority of top pros are 35+ years old.

The winner of a bodybuilding show should be the best physique ON THAT DAY. Shouldn't matter if you won last week's contest, what you usually look like, etc.

I really feel for Akim. He finally nails it like everyone always wanted to see, brings by far his best package ever, but because Juan's a bigger name he gets the win.

I truly am interested to see how Juan will place at the Olympia with those legs if they were enough to win here.

I knew he would come in looking great as he has done for months. I am glad he nailed it though and come in looking sharp. I haven't seen too many pics but Cedric is much bigger but Antoine should have easily finished a head of him. Cedric always looks good but not sure how you can reward guys when they are nowhere near the condition they should be.

Definetly a very inspirational and motivational comeback story with Ant. He did great with a pretty stacked line up and should’ve placed 3rd IMO too. Happy he mailed it and hope he just keeps improving in the future. I was following him a few years back and his placings weren’t that good cuz on the day of the show he wasn’t conditioned or was either soft or watery etc. He def made a good bang with this recent appearance though!

But he would have to cut an arm and a leg off to compete in classic physique or 212 so unless Regan goes back to the open they will never compete against each other. But 100% agree with you just looking at them like that with size/weight not a factor.

20+ in 3 days. And it was practically all water weight. I'm sure he felt like death from all the diuretics he had to use. I can't recall but I believe palumbo went over this in a video and he's close with Chris, so he'd have more info on all this than any of us.

he was probably flat as a pancake before he stepped on the scale.. they had a decent amount of time to carb up.. remember what fast acting insulin can do.


he's gonna have to downsize a little bit for sure.. but as it is, his quads are way too big for the rest of his body..


so lose some size there, put it on the arms and shoulders... and voila.



he was pushing the food and drugs hard, which is why he was growing so fast (good genes as well obvi).. all he has to do is let up on the gas, and things will fall into place. its almost like guys think he's just gonna blow back up to 250 without actually trying to
