any difference between.....

I have two kinds of "healthy" ground beef at my local store in addition to bison and others. There is "organic vegetarian fed" and then "grass fed". Is there any major difference and which one is better? How is vegetarian different than grass fed or is there no difference? Debating on which one I should stock up on....

Vegetarian fed is probably still fed with grains to fatten it up before butchering(an unnatural diet for a cow). Grass fed beef has higher omega3/omega6 ratio.

I agree with the other poster here... Grass fed beef is the best. Most cows are fed grains, so "vegetarian fed" is nothing more than a gimmick to try to get you to buy more low quality meat.
