agreed ....i made the dumb mistake and ran a self presceribed hrt does of 250mg cyp for 16 weeks...I've always had low test and my doc wont budge...think it's due to overtraining and cardio.......that and a reduced cal. So I am attempting the opct, dropping cardio and see what happens....cause right now I feel like death......tremors, cold hands, feet tingly.....sucksZuke said:Agreed.
