6'2, 165lbs wet....7-8% trying to put on a much lean mass as possible during pct....

Would like to see 6'2" @165 with your bf @ 7-8%...It just sounds so skinny and if I was at those stats, I'd be eating anything and everything but that's just me...

i'd bump the cals higher and lay off the juice until you put on at least 50lbs without it.
 
Agreed. At only 165lbs you can still put on alot of weight without juice. Food is the BEST anabolic there is!!

agreed ....i made the dumb mistake and ran a self presceribed hrt does of 250mg cyp for 16 weeks...I've always had low test and my doc wont budge...think it's due to overtraining and cardio.......that and a reduced cal. So I am attempting the opct, dropping cardio and see what happens....cause right now I feel like death......tremors, cold hands, feet tingly.....sucks

Hey bro, drop all cardio if you are still doing it and just eat, eat, and eat. When your done with that eat some more. Get plenty of rest between workouts and I would recommend not working bodyparts anymore than once a week. Although you might get frustrated not being in the gym or feeling as if you are doing enough your gains will come. Be patient grasshopper.

Your diet itself looks good but don't be afraid to not be as regimented with your eating and eat outside of what you've got on your daily plan.

You should give a try for a month on whey protein 96%pure from synthetek, you will definetely add some more quality muscle.
 
if only i could only get my abs that ripped. i like food too much and am happily married so i don't get my bf that low.
 
I'd add fat. Olive oil would be best bang for the buck.

Dont listen to stuff like that. You'll never break 200 without gaining a lot of fat.

This diet is very clean ans I'd lose weight on it...But again I'm not a buck 60 either...Add in a few protein shakes and more EFA's ..Get those cals up to 3500-4000 cals if your serious of gaining some weight...
