Well today I tried it for shrugs w/ 405. But I'd like to start getting used to it more so I can incorporate it into my deadlifts. I have long fingers too, so it should come easy once I get used to it
it's essential, if you want to do OL, but just like doing OL squats it's a part of the form that hurts and sucks getting used to but once you do, you'll realize how essential it is.
