I have made my own protien shakes for years and i need a change i use carnation instant breafast banana's, wheat germ, whey protein ,vanilla ice cream low fat or fat free,yogert,penut butter,raw eggs,glutamine.
This puts some serious weight on ya man i do two blenders full one 2 hours before work out and one before bed.Ill tell ya it blows me up but im sick of the same thing any one with some good recipe's please respond.
