Hi everyone, it has been a while since I last posted on here, hope everyone is well. I am wondering if there are any teachers on here and how bodybuilding/dieting for shows etc. fits into your professional responsibilities as a teacher. I got my teaching license a year ago and have gone back to school and I was just curious about those of you who have been in the field and your experiences with the sport. Thanks.

i did it for 2 years then quit, i really didnt like the job. i was a resident teacher with an exercise science degree so i didnt go to school for it. i got a lunch, and planning period, so there were 2 meals. not long hours, but your expected to do so much when your not actually at work. i would have thought the stress would interfere with bodybuilding but i made some great gains during those 2 years, so i dont think it did. i do however think the stress combined with aas caused my BP to get out of control. overeall i think the job fits better with a bodybuilding lifestyle than most jobs.
