I have tried making some of this brands bars and I cant get anywhere near to how good these taste. They have like 5 flavors that think are amazing. But when you look at the macros I just dont see how it possible. I have tried baking in lots of different ways to get even remotely close to some of there recipes and I just dont know how there possible getting 15 g of pro, 10 g of fiber in one bar. They have to be lying. The FDA apparently allows for a 10% discrepancy, but that doesnt even move the needle. Any of you make your bars as good as theres? dont exaggerate. Whats the secret, are they just lying and getting away with it somehow?

I don't see it on the macro breakdown or ingredient list, but I remember that any bar on the market that tasted too good to be true usually had about 20 g of sugar alcohol in them.

Ingredients: Soy Protein Isolate, Soluble Corn Fiber, Polydextrose, Palm Kernel and Palm Oil, Vegetable Glycerin, Whey Protein Isolate, Coconut Oil, Whey Protein Concentrate, Sunflower Oil, Almond Butter (Almonds), Contains Less Than 2% of Milk Protein Isolate, Natural Flavors, Tapioca Starch, Rainbow Sprinkles (Sugar, Corn Starch, Confectioner's Glaze, Yellow 5, Carnauba Wax, Red 3, Blue 1, Red 40, Yellow 6, Blue 2), Whey Powder, Rice Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Rice Starch, Salt, Water, Soy Lecithin, Sucralose, Mixed Tocopherols (to maintain freshness)

Polydextrose is a synthetic polymer of glucose. It is a food ingredient classified as soluble fiber by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as well as Health Canada, as of April 2013. It is frequently used to increase the dietary fiber content of food, to replace sugar, and to reduce calories and fat content.

Vegetable glycerin

Palm oil and coconut oil

These are the magic in the bar, that and a million dollar development in flavor and manufacturing that a company of that magnitude can afford when it comes to developing such products. The splenda helps as well. If you are not working with the same ingredients and technology these are going to be hard to replicate perfectly if at all.

Well said they basically got it down to a science, i guess I keep eating em

I don't care if it's keto or not, the original idea of Atkins diet was to eat whole / real foods. Everything changed when his franchise was acquired by investors. For Atkins fans, I recommend reading Lisa Rogak's book.

When you have such a long list of ingredients, you know that it is not what your body should be getting on a regular basis.

That said, fitness recipes, to be delicious, require too much work, time and everything else, so in this sense, I always support the convenience of buying the products. I hate baking or cooking, lol
