I just heard about this method of training and it seems pretty intresting. Gonna give it a try for 8 weeks and see what happens. Anyone here use it and see good results???
At forst it seems like you aren't doing enough weight, but the results are amazing. I put on some dramatic size when I did the GVT. Stick with it for awhile, you'll like it.
