I had a chance to go and see the comp since I was down there and I got the shock of a life time. They had 3 P.L who where over 400 pounds around the 6'3 - 6'7 mark. 4 guys that where over 350 and a few over 300. These where some of the most massive looking people I have ever seen. I was awalys under the idea that if your reps are under 6 reps that all you do is gain strenght and 0 size (thank you Joe Weider). I switched to P/L 8 months ago and have made some huge ass size gains.
I noticed that there alot of people here who are wanting more mass. I suggest trying a few power routines to build up some size and break threw a weight barrier you may have had.
