anyone here experience extreme nausia on aromasin

ive been using 25mg aromasin ed for 6 days and the nausia is unbearable ,i tried spliting the dose am and pm with food yesterday and i still feel really ill today .
anyone esle have these problems?i came off adex as i was haiving similar problems but not as bad as this .

very common side effect bud. it will subside.

other big one is dizziness.

i have a sensitive stomach and dont get on with alot of orals tbh but this stuff is killing me to the point i can hardly get off the couch as i feel as though im going to throw up ?

also -since switching from the adex to the aroma i seemed to have gained a little water back ,could be in my head i guess

could i try uisng 12.5mg with .5mg adex to lessen the sides or is this not reccomended ?

drop the aroma to 12.5 to see if you can build up some tolerance. just stick with the aroma if i were you. it can give you water retention but thats kinda unusual. it may go over time when you've built up a tolerance.

have your problems started to sort themselves out yet?

ah right ,i was relating the water to an increase in estro since switching .

not really mate ,it so up and down ,it seems thing are on the mend one day and normal and then the next things arent good ,its got me baffled tbh

il be dropping down to a crusing dose in a few wks (250mg test per wk)
how should i incorperate the aromasin with that ?

i have very little knowledge with ai"s as i havent used them in the past

Based on your test amounts, 12.5 should be enough to keep your estro in check. Thats all I've taken and it has done wonders. What are you taking it with?

Macro, who has a deep knowledge of these types of products, says for best uptake to take it with a high fat meal. I will take it with milk and olive oil...yeah might not sound like the most appealling but it helps. I've also taken it with apple juice.
