Im familiar with it Phil, also for mild cases(early stages of the disease) i heard a supplement called OSTIVONE(has ipriflavone in it)-does wonders at high doses.
My mom has it, and my great-aunt. Now she has a sever case. She looks really terrible... her back is so humped up. They caught my mom early because of my great-aunt. I'll tell her about Reclast, but I think they have her on Ostivone... or maybe that just sounds familiar.
Low testosterone causes osteoporosis in men. This is well known in the medical community. It's due to the corresponding lack of estrogenic metabolites. Taking HRT levels of test will prevent this.
