Everyday, for the last 3 years. Currently only use 140-200mg a week. I use 300mg ML of test enth so I do roughly 10ius a day. When I using prop I would do two shots a day at 15iu AM/PM
Im a firm believer it helps reduce side from once or twice a week shots to help keep blood levels stable and stable blood equals better results in my opinion

Yep been doing it for a while now 1/2 inch 30g twice per week into quads. I just push the needle as deep as I can. Main reason I do this is to help limit scar tissue
thank guys, i think everyone here that has been at this for any amount of time, knows about scar tissue buildup....thats what im hoping to keep to a minimum.

i do the same... shooting quads in 2 different places each ED. when i hit delts it always limits my workouts because of the pip and i dont like shooting glutes, gives me cramps when i bend to the side that far lol. quads works just fine.
honestly i feel like it takes about 1/4 to 1/3 inch to get into the muscle and im not even very lean right now and holding much water, but no problems with 1/2 inch pins.
