Anyone Remember Jeep Swenson?

I think the name sounds similar to a guy who was always in the mags back in the late 80's early 90's and he hung out around golds in venice and other LA gyms. I thought I remember him passing away at a young age. The guy Steve neece who used to right a column in one of the mags about the venice beach scene always mentioned his name.

Yes I remember a Muscle and fitness article on him.I believe he was a buddy of Arnolds.A lot of people have used him as a negative example when bashing steroid use.

i remember jeep.. saw him a few times in person at golds venice.. he was a hell of a guy.. very nice to me and my wife.. but, one thing ya always notices about him.. redder than red.. i saw him at a diner in venice and my wife said "wow.. he is so red he is almost purple".. i did not think much of it at the time but, my buddy dave said the same thing and was concerned about his bp.. plus, the guy was a animal in the gym.. trained very heavy and hard.. combine that with high bp at 400 pounds.. it caught up to him.. his daughter and wife i am sure were devastated..

i will say it again guys, if you cant afford to take all the precautions with supps that keep ya healthy( niacin, fish oil, aspirin, and if needed bp meds), ya cant afford the gear.. one comes way before the other..

I doubt gear killed him. His weight and diet and unchecked high BP killed him. But Americans are liars and a half so they will refuse to see the truth.
