I wont comment on better than GH for fat burning but its certainly not as bad for insulin sensitivity as reg GH.

I had a trainer recommend to me that i drop my gh down to 2 ius ed and add in frag 176. He said frag 176 was better for fat burning than gh was.

Any info from guys that have used frag 176?

There is a certain way to run it to make it successful, if in the event you are curious as to how to do that PM me and I will show you show.

The more often you dose the better....becauSe of the half life you could potentially dose up to 5x a day....key is you want to do it on a relatively empty stomach

I was concerned about this pep because it sounds great on paper but cant find any real world results that were positive.

I always thought frag was a total waste of money, since to get decent results you had to use so much. When you add it up, gh ends up being a better deal with much better resluts.

I only ran 100mcg 2 times a day right before fasted cardio each time. Usually did a 2-3 hour fast before adn at least an hour or so after. Both carb free low cal days as well...

It's about timing....it works outside gh receptors....and if your not i. A caloric deficit it will not work......it takes roughly an hour for lipolysis to start and mobilize FFAs for fuel so if u take it and eat a half an hour later you are really negating it's affects...frequency is key too...the more often you can mobile FFAs the better...there is a limit to bow much at each time....dosage wise I've seen some go up to 500 mcgs 4-5x a day with great results....IMO one of the best ways is to use it with fasted cardio....wake up...take 1iu of gh (it won't I reefers or be redundant) and you frag.....have a strong cup of black coffee and maybe some yohimbine hcl or clen and hit some medium low intensity cardio about 45mins to an hour later.....for 30-60 minutes......now here's the key....wait at least an hour to eat! Or else you will stop using the ffas fr fuel. Don't worry about going catatabolic....especially since both the gh and frag are anti catabolic. I usually wait about an hour and a half after doing cardio to eat. Hope this helps.

200 mcg's 3x's a day, pre cardio pwo and pre bed are the times I have done it, seemed to work well -especially if combined with CJC and GHRP-6.

I cut about 5-6%bf at least and spared LBM while in a caloric deficient state 2 days on 1 off...
