Im friends with a couple of Olympic caliber athletes who perform all Olympic lifts, front squats as well, their form is much more controlled than that..
i work with rubber plates so its a little more acceptable. you wouldnt want to do this at golds with steel. lol!Yeah I guess I don't get the most out of my squat sets because I don't have a spotter and I definitely DON'T do that. I've never actually seen a guy dump the weight at the Golds I go to.
