Doing some reading learned something new about this supplement, sharing some interesting points.
well its just an antioxidant, its an OTC herb. still available in some supp sotres, althought fda said in 1992 quote
"--Food and Drug Administration to issue a public warning on December 11 of that year against consuming chaparral-containing products. "The public should not purchase or consume chaparral," said FDA Commissioner David A. Kessler in the notice, which was issued while the patient awaited a transplant."
IF you plan to use AAS and this supplement prepare for a liver transplant, it was very popular in 60's until early 90s they learned even taken alone it was causing Liver Failure which required a lot of transplants from even normal usage.
FDA's requested a voluntary withdrawal a while back, that kind of faded out/ignored by public since, it hasnt been banned in US and still is available in some supplement stores Ive seen it myself on the shelves. by chance you see the product "chaparral" for sale, what would motivate u to buy it is beyond me, .5% chance anyone has this or would buy it ever but hey if I save one guys liver, then this Thread was worth writing and giving the heads up!
for more info do a web search on "chaparral"
