i pay $62 per month and i dont even have long distance. we thought of just having the phone shut off and just using are cell phones but check this out. all about saving money nowadays, i think i am gonna try the 30 day trial. any thoughts???

thats what i am wondering, where is the catch?? wont this put the phone companies out of business very fast? this would save me over $700 per year

In this part of the world no one even uses house phones anymore. Everyone uses their cell phones instead. A LOT of people have canceled their land line.

Most providers are making packages, as a result, with internet, TV, and practically free land line.

I think new or not any kind of phone hooked into anything is working on out of date technology. The only way I could see it being useful is for those that don't have cell phone providers, or those that do and just are in a crappy area for reception. SOME people may want it if they have a laptop and wireless.... but still if you got a cell phone...
