Just to clarify: when you say three to four sets of nine to twelve exercises per bp. Are you saying that for biceps you may do anywhere from 27 to 36 total sets? And same for other bodyparts?
If so I think you would definitely need to step it up a bit. Just kidding. Please clarify if you can though. Lack of growth in my opinion is directly related to overtraining if that is the case. I used to find it hard to leave the gym. feel like I should do more - didnt do enough, etc... Ive worked out with people twice my size and when we left I went back in the gym to do more. I grew more after I stopped that mentality
