Are 6fingers reds or white caps suppose to have vacuum seal?

I have Red Tops with no vacuum. They still tested out at 33.3 and 25.7ng/ml. I've always contended that vacuum has no bearing on the quality on an HGH product.

I believe they are intended to have vacuum.
The kits I have some in each kit have a vacuum some dont.
Scores dont seemed to be effected...

Vacuum has no effect. Had kits where some do and some don't in the same box as mentioned above.

Doesn't that seem odd to you? Most/all the time it's all or none.
