Are pec injections safe?

I was wandering if pec injections are safe with a 1 inch pins if performed as described on spot injections.com?

Ive done a few pec injections with minimal pain but have read were some hit a nerve in that area due to all the vascularization. Now I'm scared because I dont want to risk doaing any permanent damage. .. Any suggestions?

You can risk hitting a nerve basically anywhere.

You can use 5/8" in th emiddle upper pecs if there'snot much meat there.

I have done some pec injections and never had a problem with 1" 23g. I stoped doing them because the site would always bleed like hell.

PECS ARE NEXT

I am going to start shoulders and pecs soon. glutes are getting old and I won't do quads anymore as I already hit a nerve there. Quads are riskiest place IMO, and I think Big A would agree.

The pecs were good for me, until I hit a nerve there. Ouch! Pain shot up my arm. It hurt from my pec down to my forearm for about 2 or 3 days. Then it left permenant contracting problems with my pec. It's a bit better these days, but I still don't feel like I can fully contract it as much as my other pec.

I know plenty will probably disagree with me here... but I just don't see the need to hit the pecs (and a couple of other groups) - the trouble just doesn't seem worthwhile, regardless of whether or not you "can".

I've done daily shots for months on end and never had a problem rotating more obvious sites - eight or more sites means less than once a week without having to worry about hitting the pecs. For me, too much like hard work and just a bit of a "why bother"? But if it works for you... IronMike

It is nice being pasty white....I can see the veins through my chest, so I aim for the upper mid pec area same area on both sides...never had a problem.

I do chest injection all the time. I use a 1 1/2 needle! i only put it in about 1 1/4 in though. i go in very slow cause there does seem to be alil more nerves in that aera. Put all and all no problems.

I just checked out that spotinjection site and I hope you guys are'nt shooting into the pecs that way. That's crazy...Pec shots should be done from the side near the arm pit. That IMO is the best way. I have an old BFTO and you can see on lee priest pecs that either it's a huge zit on his outer pec or it's a site shot. Be safe and better yet be smart.
