ARE PEOPLE REALLY THIS STUPID??

i have to repeat this story for it make me laugh but, then kinda make me wonder "are people really this stupid?" i have a friend who had extra gear left over and a guy who knew wanted to try a cycle.. my friend told the guy to put the money in envelop and he would bring him the gear. anyway, the exchange took place and my friend went on his way home. when he got home he opened the envelope and inside was a check written to him....in the notes part of the check on the lower left hand side in bold print was "FOR TEST AND DECA". LOL
